The loan interest rate is fixed at 3% per year for 1 year. Years 2 - 3 have an MRR interest rate of -3.15% per year (currently equal to 3% per year) and the year 4 until the entire loan contract period in the case of welfare customers Interest is equal to MRR -1% per year.
In the case of general retail customers Interest is equal to MRR - 0.50% per year, with all related fees waived, including fees for requesting changes to the loan interest rate. and fees for requesting to change loan conditions in every case after the legal transaction has been completed in the relevant transaction
Measure 3 NPL status customers whose collateral has been damaged Compromise the debt for a period not exceeding 1 year and 6 months, with an interest rate of 0% per year for the first 6 months and no installment payments required. Then from the 7th to 18th months, the interest rate is 1% per year, with installment payments not less than the monthly interest. And when the debt reconciliation period has expired, return to using the interest rate according to the original rights before using this measure.
Measure 4 NPL status customers whose income is affected Compromise the debt for a period not exceeding 1 year with an interest rate of 0% per year for the first 6 months and pay in installments of only 1,000 baht (all principal is deducted). Then from the 7th to 12th months, the interest rate is 1% per year by paying in installments. The installment is not less than the monthly interest plus another 100 baht and when the installments are paid at the end of the debt reconciliation period. Let customers return to using the interest rate as per their original rights before using this measure.
Measure 5 Customers with normal account status and NPL status who have died or become permanently disabled. Pay in installments using an interest rate of 0.01% per year for the remaining period. (Considered on a case-by-case basis)
Measure 6 Customers with normal account status and NPL status if their entire home is damaged and cannot be repaired. Be free of debt for the building price. and continue to pay in installments only for the remaining land. (Considered on a case-by-case basis)
Measure 7 Consider urgent claims (Fast Track) for customers who have a fire insurance policy for their residence that covers natural disasters. Including the case of floods or wind storms, consider urgently paying compensation to all disaster victims as a special case. The insured submits documents reporting damage and pays according to the actual damage as shown in the photos. Including all natural disasters not exceeding 20,000 baht per year and for customers with insurance policies

Coverage starts from November 1, 2562, increasing natural disaster coverage based on actual damage from photographic evidence. But not more than 30,000 baht per danger per year.
