CNBC news agency reported on November 11, 2565 that the Hang Seng index jumped more than 7% after Chinese state media reported that China reduced the quarantine period for foreign tourists by 2 days, along with stocks in Asia Pacific increasing. This was also after the release of US inflation data in October, giving investors hope that inflation would peak.

The Hang Seng Tech Index rose more than 8% in mainland China. Shenzhen Component rose 2.52%, while Shanghai Composite rose 1.72%.

Japan's Nikkei 225 was up 2.98% and the Topix was up 2.07%. The Kospi in South Korea was up 3.32% and the S&P/ASX 200 in Australia was up 2.79%.

Overnight on Wall Street, stocks saw their biggest rally in two years after reporting the Consumer Price Index (CPI) in October. That's up just 2% this month and 0.4% year-over-year. This is the lowest annual increase since January.

China has reduced the quarantine time to two days, with travelers staying in centralized quarantine facilities for seven days upon arrival in the country. The new rules call for a five-day quarantine followed by three days of home quarantine.
