SEC launches ESG Product Platform, a center for information on financial products in the sustainability group

On January 24, 2566, the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) stated that the SEC has launched a center for information on financial products in the sustainability group “ESG Product Platform”To increase channels for those involved in the capital market and the general public to have complete access to information on financial products in the sustainability group. This is a mechanism that will help support such products to gain widespread visibility (visibility) in line with the SEC's strategic plan on enhancing the capital market's potential for sustainability.
“ESG Product Platform” is a source of information on financial products in the sustainability group that the SEC developed to facilitate those involved in the capital market, such as companies interested in issuing sustainability debt instruments. Asset Management Company and the general public Can access complete information on financial products in the sustainability group, including debt instruments* and sustainability mutual funds. It displays information in both Thai and English. Details are as follows:
- Market overview, statistics on the value of sustainability bond offerings and the value of assets under management of the Sustainable and Responsible Investing Fund (SRI Fund)
- List of sustainability debt instruments and SRI Funds with basic information such as instrument type, total offering value Yield and credit rating, or in the case of SRI Fund, information about the type, special characteristics, and documents of the mutual fund will be displayed, etc.
- Criteria, standards, manuals, guidelines or articles related to financial products in the sustainability group
In addition, the SEC has plans to continuously develop the above platform, for example, adding details of information on the offering of each series of sustainability debt instruments.
