Sermsang Power Corporation Public Company Limited (SSP) informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that The Board of Directors approved the investment by purchasing shares in Truong Thanh Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company (TEG), which operates a solar power plant. Installed production capacity is 49.6 megawatts in Quang Ngai Province. On January 18, 2566, the company purchased shares in TEG, representing an investment proportion of 5% of TEG's total registered capital, valued at 54.38 million baht.

SSP stated that the company sees the benefits that will arise for the company in having a partner to support the expansion of the renewable energy business for the renewable energy power plant project that will be acquired in the future.
