“BLA” approves dividend payment of 0.60 baht/share

“Bangkok Life Assurance” reveals the resolution of the 2566 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to pay dividends for operations in 2565 at the rate of 0.60 baht per share.

Bangkok Life Assurance Public Company Limited (BLA) held its 2566 Annual General Meeting (E-AGM) on Thursday, April 20, 2566, to report on its performance and development plans for sustainable business growth. The meeting was conducted in a hybrid format and via electronic means.

In this regard, the meeting It was resolved to approve the payment of dividends for operating results in 2565 at the rate of 0.60 baht per share. The Board of Directors has approved the payment of interim dividends in 2565 at the rate of 0.32 baht per share and the general meeting of shareholders. Approve an additional dividend payment for the 2565 operating results at the rate of 0.28 baht per share, with dividend payment scheduled for Friday, May 19, 2566.

The meeting was chaired by Dr. Siri Karacharoende (3rd from right) , Chairman and Independent Director, along with Mr. Chon Sophonpanich (3rd from left) , President and Chief Executive Officer; Mr. Sunthorn Arunananonchai (2nd from right), Chairman of the Audit Committee and Independent Director; Mrs. Komkai Thoosaranon (2nd from left), Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee and Independent Director; Ms. Warawan Wechchasath (left), Chairman of the Information Technology Governance and Management Committee and Audit Committee Member; and Mr. Praphan Asawaaree (right), Chairman of the Risk Management Committee and Independent Director, as well as other directors and senior executives of the company, who attended the meeting to provide clarification to shareholders.
