BGRIM reveals COD "B.Grimm Power (Ang Thong) 2" 140 MW, preparing to operate BGPAT3 in Dec. 66.
B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited (BGRIM) Notified the Stock Exchange of Thailand on October 3, 2566 that B.Grimm Power (Ang Thong) 2 Company Limited (“BGPAT2”) which is a subsidiary of B.Grimm Power (holding 70.0% of the shares), has opened commercial operation (COD) of a new power plant project with an installed capacity of 140 megawatts and has started selling electricity to the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand. BGPAT2 Project It is a combined cycle power plant project that uses modern technology. High efficiency Located in S Ang Thong Industrial Estate, it has a 90 megawatt power purchase agreement with EGAT for a period of 25 years, and the remainder is a long-term power and steam purchase agreement with industrial customers.
In addition, in December 2566, B.Grimm Power is scheduled to commence commercial operation (COD) of another combined cycle power plant project under B.Grimm Power (Ang Thong) 1 Company Limited (“BGPAT3”), which It is a subsidiary of B.Grimm Power (holding 3 percent of the shares). It has an installed capacity of 70.0 megawatts and has a power purchase agreement of 140 megawatts with EGAT as well.
B.Grimm Power currently has a total installed capacity of 3,830 megawatts from power plants already in operation. If including projects that have sales contracts and are under construction and development, the total production capacity will be 4,268 megawatts.
