Hyundai Motor (Thailand) Company Limited (“HMTH”), current registered capital 137,500,000 baht (par price 250 baht per share), number of shares 550,000 shares. The company's shareholding percentage is 20% (110,000 shares, equivalent to 27,500,000 baht).
