BCP announces change of name of Esso (Thailand) to Bangchak Sriracha, abbreviation BSRC.
Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited ( BCP ) announced a change of name from Esso (Thailand) Public Company Limited (ESSO) to Bangchak Sriracha Public Company Limited and a new stock ticker symbol (BSRC). The Extraordinary General Meeting of ESSO Shareholders No. 1/2566, held on November 14, 2566, approved the changes to the company name and ticker symbol as follows:
- Thai name Changed to Bangchak Sriracha Public Company Limited.
- English name Changed to Bangchak Sriracha Public Company Limited
- Securities abbreviation: BSRC (Change of Securities Symbol) will be effective in the trading system within 2 business days from the date of notification to the Stock Exchange of Thailand)
Can be used from 17 November 2566 onwards.
ESSO has registered the change of name with the Department of Business Development. Ministry of Commerce on November 15, 2566 with this change There is no impact on the company's business operations. Including no impact on the rights, duties and obligations that ESSO has, which are still fully effective.
