The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) disclosed information from the Report on Changes in Securities Holdings and Derivatives Contracts by Executives (Form 59) on November 20, 2566, revealing that Mr. Sarakorn Chirathivat, Director, and Ms. Chomkwan Chirathivat, Director, of Zen Corporation Group Public Company Limited (ZEN), sold a total of 17.28 million ZEN shares.

On November 20, 2566, Mr. Sarakorn Chirathivat sold 8,640,000 shares of ZEN at a price of 10.10 baht per share.

Through a Big Lot transaction (via the Stock Exchange of Thailand Public Company Limited) , the number of securities and derivatives held after the transaction date stands at 46,095,200 shares, compared to 54,735,200 shares before the transaction.
