GIFT, Hia Hor's personal business, invests 291 million baht into F&B to buy BEAM, a hangout restaurant, Beer Belly, a Thai fusion restaurant, OKONOMI, a Japanese restaurant, Mom's Touch, a Korean fried chicken restaurant, adding to the portfolio, penetrating the new generation market.

1. OKONOMI Restaurant Group Japanese restaurants by famous chefs from New York, 3 branches, total value 35.7 million baht

2. Group of hangout places under Beam It has affiliated hangout venues including BEAM Club and BEAMCUBE, as well as the Thai fusion restaurant Beer Belly, with a total value of over 195.1 million baht.

3. Quick Service Restaurant Group under Mom's Touch (Thailand) Company. which operates fried chicken and burger shops imported from Korea, including Mom's Touch, 6 branches, with a total value of more than 60.6 million baht

Includes a total of 12 restaurants and hangout locations, with a total value of 291.4 million baht.
