Date 17 July 2567 Thai Coconut Public Company Limited (COCOCO) Inform the Stock Exchange of Thailand that The Board of Directors' meeting resolved to approve a project to invest in a production line for the Beverage with pulp product group, worth approximately 280 million baht, to support the demand and growth of Beverage with pulp products, which will increase the maximum production capacity of coconut water products from before. 360,000 tons per year to approximately 398,000 tons per year

The Beverage with pulp production line investment project will invest in buildings, machinery, and various public utility systems, while selecting contractors according to the company's procurement process. Which will consider selecting contractors by comparing prices according to the company's procurement process.

The company may consider selecting one or more contractors. It is expected that the installation of the machinery will be completed and production will begin in the second quarter of 2.

The company will use 90% of its funding sources from financial institution loans and 10% of its internal cash flow.
