The Board of Directors' meeting on August 29, 2567 resolved to approve the payment of an interim dividend from the operating results for the first half of 2567 at 3.25 baht per share, which is equivalent to the interim dividend of the previous year, with a dividend yield of 6.1% and is scheduled to be paid to shareholders on September 27, 2567.
“EGCO Group remains committed to operating power and related energy businesses to create sustainable growth, which will help build confidence and create continuous value for shareholders.”

Positive factors came from the increased performance of large power plants abroad, while net profit was 3,055 million baht and cash flow was strong at over 34,000 million baht.

It is confident that the construction will be completed by the end of this year, which will generate income and strengthen the cash flow of EGCO Group continuously.
Dr. Jiraporn said that EGCO Group still adheres to the policy of paying dividends to shareholders consistently as a dividend stock that can continuously generate returns for shareholders on the foundation of strong electricity and energy business operations for more than 32 years.
“EGCO Group continues to drive growth under the “4S” strategy, which focuses on investing in M&A in natural gas and renewable energy power plants, as well as related energy businesses that are high-quality assets, have good returns, and can recognize revenue quickly, along with risk management in all dimensions amidst the increasingly challenging business environment today, in order to create sustainable value for shareholders.” Dr. Jiraporn concluded
