Professor Dr. Phisit Phiramonkul, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University Talking about the origin of the project, the project Green Mission by Chula x GULF Sustainable conservation missionThis is a collaboration between the Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University, Gulf and Chulalongkorn Radio Station.
Chulalongkorn University's mission is to develop youths to be creative and sustainable, and to create collaborations to drive society and the environment towards a better future by integrating knowledge from various disciplines.

This project was born to respond to the challenge of solving climate change, along with creating new ideas and innovations that will effectively reduce greenhouse gas emissions. We sincerely hope that this project will be a good starting point for creating new things and a space that gives young people an opportunity to combine their creativity with science and knowledge to jointly create a sustainable future for everyone.

Associate Professor Dr. Wira Muangsin, Deputy Director of the Office of Academic Resources, Chulalongkorn University Radio Station FM 101.5 MHz Under the supervision of the Office of Academic Resources He said that as the media of the educational institution, we are aware of the importance of the environment through the program Envi Insider by Dr. O, so we have jointly organized this project.
The aim is to encourage children and youth to develop and present approaches to greenhouse gas management, efficient and sustainable use of resources, so that students can apply the knowledge and experience gained from participating in the activity to solve real environmental problems in their own communities.
The power of the new generation of youth who will help drive the environment to change, develop and believe that starting from a small point that they will expand to their friends, people around them, and the community will have a great impact on a sustainable society in the future.

Mr. Thanon Tantisunthorn Executive Officer, Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited Speaking about this collaboration, Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited is delighted to be part of the Green Mission by Chula x GULF. This event not only instills environmental awareness in Thai youths, but also gives them an opportunity to be a part of creating a sustainable future.

Gulf believes in the potential of Thai youth to create innovations to drive society towards sustainability. This project will be a platform for them to think outside the box, show their full potential, learn from experts from Chulalongkorn University’s engineering team, work with friends who share the same creativity to develop new ideas, and develop the skills necessary for solving problems in the modern world because climate change is an urgent problem that affects everyone. It is hoped that the innovative ideas that arise from this project will be useful for creating new things and can be applied in practice.

This project is also in line with Gulf’s mission to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in line with its sustainable business goals, along with social and environmental development, and encouraging the younger generation to continue to care for natural resources and the environment. Gulf invites all students to join the Green Mission by Chula x GULF project to jointly create a sustainable future together.

Associate Professor Dr. Wittaya Wansuphoprasit, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University He thanked supporters and mentioned the importance of the project, saying, “The project Green Mission by Chula x GULF, a sustainable mission "Beware Your Step Step forward without footprints" It is a project that provides opportunities for high school students nationwide to apply to participate in activities.
The Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University, has realized the importance of preventing and controlling the amount of greenhouse gas emissions, which is the origin of the concept of Carbon Footprint. Although the Green Mission project is a competitive project, the project's aim is to focus on all participants gaining benefits along the way of participating in the project.

In addition, the Green Mission project is to create awareness about the problems, importance and ways to reduce greenhouse gas emissions according to the environmental and social-cultural context of Thailand from the secondary school level with the hope that when these youths grow up in the future, there will be the creation of leaders in various career fields with an emphasis on greenhouse gas management.
This year, the project was organized under the theme Beware Your Step: Take the next step without footprints To promote a circular economy that uses resources efficiently and sustainably and can collect concrete data on greenhouse gas emissions, this can be called a step towards a low-carbon society together.

Mr. Phuwin Tangsakyuen, alumnus of the Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University He said that as an alumnus of Intania 104, he was happy to share his experience and presentation techniques with the students because many people, when speaking in public in front of a large group of people, get nervous, tense, and forget the content of their speech, which is normal. I used to be like that too. If the students practice, rehearse, and have confidence, they will be able to present well.
Everyone who attended today's event was very determined and dedicated. I believe that the power of the new generation is a great force that can create change for this world. Let's start with the first step with the Green Mission by Chula x GULF project, a sustainable mission. Beware Your Step, the next step, without footprints.
