"Narachit Singhaseni" resigns from the independent director-sub-board of CENTEL, effective 13 Sept. 67, due to increased responsibilities.
September 13, 2567 Central Plaza Hotel Public Company Limited or CENTEL Inform the Stock Exchange of Thailand that Mr. Narachit Singhaseni, Independent Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors Resigned from the Audit Committee and all positions on the Sub-Committees. Due to the increased responsibilities and to comply with good practices for the Chairman of the Board and to balance the power and enhance the independence of the Company's operating mechanisms, effective from September 13, 2567.
Currently, the Company's Audit Committee consists of 3 audit committee members as follows:
- Ms. Sophawadi Leotmanatchai, Independent Director and Chairwoman of the Audit Committee
- Mr. Ponchai Chunhachinda, Independent Director and Audit Committee Member
- Mr. Chaiwat Thongkamkhun, Independent Director and Audit Committee Member
The Company has a full Audit Committee of 3 members, all of whom are independent directors. They are independent directors in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance.
