For the implementation of both projects, the Ministry of Finance, through the Comptroller General's Department, will start disbursing money to the target groups from September 2, 25 onwards. At present, the Ministry of Finance, through the Comptroller General's Department, is preparing to pay money as follows:
- September 25, 2567, disabled people and people with state welfare cards whose last digit of the national ID number is 0
- September 26, 2567, people with state welfare cards whose last digits of the national ID number are 1-3.
- September 27, 2567, people with state welfare cards whose last digits of the national ID number are 4-7.
- September 30, 2567, people with state welfare cards whose last digits of the national ID number are 8-9.
In the event that the payment to the target group is unsuccessful on the first attempt, there will be a retry of the payment to the target group 3 times: the first time within 1 October 22, the second time within 2567 November 2, and the third time within 22 December 2567. After the third retry, the payment to the target group will stop and it will be considered that the target group does not wish to receive the money under the project.
In addition, he emphasized that the target group under the project should check whether their bank account linked with PromptPay and their national ID number can still be used or not. If they have not linked with PromptPay, please link with PromptPay using their national ID number. For the disabled who do not have a disabled ID card or whose disabled ID card has expired, please apply for a card or renew it by December 3, 2567 to receive the rights under the project.
