RSP acquires distributor rights for Korean brand COVERNAT in Thailand, targeting the new generation market, with purchasing power recovering in the second half of the year, paving the way for a full-fledged entry into the Thai fashion market.

Ms. Paphich Wongpaitoonpiya, Chief Executive Officer of Rich Sport Public Company Limited (RSP), a distributor of leading international brands, revealed that Rich Sport has signed an exclusive distribution agreement in Thailand with B.Cave Company Limited from the Republic of Korea, a manufacturer of clothing, shoes, and apparel under the renowned brand COVERNAT.

It is popular among consumers both in Korea and in the international fashion market, especially among teenagers and young adults. With its vintage clothing style and a perfect blend of streetwear, the brand looks classic and modern at the same time. It is currently very popular among teenagers and college students both in Korea and abroad, making the brand trendy and in line with fashion trends.

The arrival of this brand reflects Rich Sport’s commitment to expand the market and create diversity in the fashion product group to meet the needs of modern consumers and is also part of Rich Sport’s business expansion strategy that focuses on bringing international fashion brands into the Thai market to increase growth opportunities and create strength in the clothing and apparel market.

And we are confident that COVERNAT will be well-received in the Thai market with its modern design and outstanding quality, which are in line with the needs of today's consumers.

RSP currently has brands under its distribution including Converse, Havaianas, Barrel, Cole Haan, Acme De La Vie, O&B, ECCO and GEOX in Thailand and Cambodia, with a total of over 216 branches.

It is expected that the performance trend in the second half of 2567 will be better than the first half, following the implementation of government spending budgets to stimulate the economy. In 2567, the company forecasts revenue growth of 10-15%, but acknowledges that the retail market faces considerable challenges this year. The company is focusing on growth through increased sales from existing branches, the expansion of new branches, and online sales.
