TIPCO appoints "Sitthilap Trapsakorn" as a director and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee to replace the resigned director, effective October 1, 67.
October 1, 2567 Tipco Foods Public Company Limited or TIPCO The Stock Exchange of Thailand would like to inform you that: Mr. Paisarn Phongprayoon has informed his resignation from being a director and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company due to other duties.Personally, the resignation is effective from October 1, 2567.
At the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 8/2567 on October 1, 2567, a resolution was passed to approve the appointment of the Company's directors to replace the resigned directors as follows:
Appointment resolution Mr. Sitthilap Trapsakorn To hold the position of Director and Remuneration Selection Committee in place of Mr. Paisarn Phongprayoon, the resigned Director. The appointment will take effect from 1 October 2567 onwards.
