Noble Development Public Company Limited (NOBLE) Preparing to issue debentures No. 1/2567, due for redemption in 2570, 3-year term, fixed interest rate of 5.25% per year, interest payable every 3 months throughout the life of the debentures. The face value is 1,000 baht per unit. The offering price is 1,000 baht per unit. The amount offered is not more than 300,000 units, representing a value not exceeding 300,000,000 baht.
