On February 29, 2567 , The One Enterprise Public Company Limited (ONEE) informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand about a change in its shareholding structure. ONEE received notification from Dr. Paramaporn Prasatpongosoth regarding the sale of all of its shares, totaling 596,500,000 shares, or 25.05% of the company's paid-up registered capital, to the following individuals:
1. Mr. Phithan Ongkhosit holds 353,375,000 shares, representing 14.84% of the company's fully paid-up registered capital.
2. Wanthong Holdings Co., Ltd. , a company in which Mr. Phithan holds 100% of the shares, totaling 238,125,000 shares, representing 10.00% of the company's paid-up registered capital.
3. Mr. Thakolkiat Veerawan holds 1,666,800 shares, representing 0.07% of the company's paid-up registered capital.
4. Ms. Rosanaporn Veerawan holds 1,666,600 shares, representing 0.07% of the company's fully paid-up registered capital.
5. Ms. Amornpimol Veerawan holds 1,666,600 shares, representing 0.07% of the company's paid-up registered capital.
The said shares are traded through the trading system of the Stock Exchange of Thailand on the Big Board.
