The Department of Enforcement moves forward in 68 to help people solve debts and improve services.

The Department of Enforcement announced that it will take action to provide justice, reduce inequality, and cope with the problem of debt rising from the economic slowdown. It revealed that the number of pending cases is 4 million, with assets of more than 19 trillion baht, exceeding the country's GDP.

January 23, 2568 Mr. Seksan Suksang, Director-General of the Department of Enforcement Announced to proceed with important missions in 2568, aiming to provide justice, reduce inequality, and create a happy society, while also dealing with the problem of rising debt from the economic slowdown. Revealed shocking data! Currently, there are more than 4,171,644 civil and bankruptcy cases awaiting enforcement, worth as much as 19.109 trillion baht, which is more than the country's GDP.

The Department of Enforcement has driven its work in accordance with government policy, divided into 5 main missions, moving forward to help the people in full, as follows:

• Solve debt and reduce people's burden: Organized a major debt mediation festival under the activity "Have, Eat, Spend" nationwide 52 times! Covering all regions from Chiang Rai to Narathiwat. In the last 3 months of 2567, more than 6,879 cases were successfully mediated, worth more than 3,173 million baht, helping to reduce expenses for the people by more than 112 million baht.
• Helping Student Loan Fund debtors: Expedite discussions on enforcement of student loan debts, divided into two groups: those who have fully paid off their debts and those who are still in the process of making payments, in order to find a suitable and fair solution.
• Updating laws to be modern and easily accessible: Amendment to the Bankruptcy Act to allow small businesses to enter the rehabilitation process without having to worry about complicated procedures. The new law is expected to come into effect in April 2568.
• Strengthen knowledge, build immunity: Focus on providing financial and legal knowledge to the public so that they understand their rights and can apply them correctly in their daily lives, reducing the problem of being taken advantage of.
• Elevating services to the digital age: Develop a full online system, such as an automatic receipt and payment system, an electronic auction system (e-oftering Auction), an automatic seizure system, and an electronic property deposit system, along with launching the ThaiD application to verify identity, increasing convenience, speed, and safety for users.

Mr. Seksan continued that the Department of Enforcement will continue to accelerate the auction of assets to bring in money to pay off debts to creditors, with a target of 2568 billion baht set for 241,000, which is a challenging mission, but the Department of Enforcement is ready to go all out to provide justice, reduce inequality, and create a happy society for all citizens.

In addition, the digital systems that are currently being developed and are expected to be completed in May 2568 are 2 systems: the automatic receipt and payment system and the e-oftering Auction system, which is an electronic asset auction system. By September 2568, it is expected that there will be 2 completed systems: the automatic seizure system and the electronic asset placement system of the Department of Enforcement to be better. It is hoped that the electronic enforcement services of the Department of Enforcement will be beneficial, create convenience, speed, and reduce costs for all users.
