Just Capital has released its 100 “JUST Company 2025” ranking, a list of 100 American companies. That is carried out with the utmost fairness. Based on public priorities, the rankings assess the largest publicly traded companies in the United States on issues the American public considers most important, and have been in place for 10 years, since 255.8

To be included in the “Just 100” list, American companies must be included in the Russell 1000 index, which represents the largest publicly traded companies in the United States. For the 100 JUST 2025 report, the research covered 17 themes, 88 data points, and five key stakeholder groups:

- Community: Participation in local development and responsible supply chain practices
- Shareholders and Governance: Ethical Leadership and Stakeholder Value Creation
- Customers: Product safety, customer privacy, and transparent communication.
- Environment: Efforts to reduce pollution and mitigate climate change.
The rankings are influenced by factors like financial and professional support for employees, privacy practices, and climate efforts. According to Just Capital, the top-performing companies across all industries pay their employees significantly more than their peers in the stock market. They also offer more job training and more paid vacation. What’s more, these companies are more likely to sell user data and typically generate lower revenue from carbon emissions.
