March 13, 68, news report from Syntech Construction Public Company Limited (SYNTEC) Notify the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the board of directors' meeting on March 12, 2568 resolved to approve a share buyback project (Treasury Stock) for financial management with a maximum share buyback amount not exceeding 150,000,000 baht, the number of shares bought back not exceeding 90,000,000 shares, representing no more than 5.66% of all issued shares.

The period for the share buyback is set from March 17, 2568 to September 17, 2568.
