Krungsri launches measures to help customers during the earthquake, reducing installments and suspending principal payments
Bank of Ayudhya has issued measures to help customers affected by the March 2568 earthquake.
News reports from Bank of Ayudhya stated that they are aware of the hardship and damage caused by the earthquake, so they have issued special assistance measures for the bank's loan customers, including companies in the Krungsri Consumer Group, and for customers who have property or fire insurance through Bank of Ayudhya.
For personal loan, home loan and SME loan customers
- Solution 1 Reduce installments, covering interest payments each month for up to 6 months.
- Solution 2 Suspend the principal and repay only the interest for a maximum of 3 months.
For small and medium-sized SME business loan customers
- Solution 1 Reduce installments, covering interest payments each month for up to 6 months.
- Solution 2 Suspend the principal and repay only the interest for a maximum of 3 months.
For personal loans, home loans, SME loans today - 30 Sept. 68
For Krungsri Auto loan customers, extend the term and reduce the installment amount by no more than 40% of the original installment amount.

For credit card and loan customers in the Krungsri Consumer group
- Reduce monthly installments by extending the installment period (debt restructuring). Note: Does not include customers who have already received assistance in other measures to the maximum.

Eligibility for participants in the measure for business owners and employees with regular income who were affected by the earthquake in the provinces affected by the earthquake. Consideration according to the measure to help customers affected by the earthquake.
