Ch. Karnchang sets interest rates for 4 bond series with 3-10 year terms at 3.30 – 4.00% per year, to be offered to the general public on 18 and 21-22 April.

Mr. Nattawut Trivisvavet, President of CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited or CK It was revealed that the company has set interest rates for four bond series that will be offered to the general public between 4 and 18-21 April 22, consisting of:

  • Bond issue 1, 3-year term, fixed interest rate 3.30% per year
  • The first debenture, 2 years, fixed interest rate 5% p.a.
  • The first debenture, 3 years, fixed interest rate 7% p.a.
  • Bond Series 4, 10-year term, fixed interest rate 4.00% per year

In this regard, the debentures of Series 2 – 4 have conditions that allow the issuer to redeem all or some of the debentures before the maturity date, according to the conditions specified in the debenture terms and conditions.

The company has set a fixed interest rate every 6 months. It is open for subscription through 3 financial institutions: Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited, Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited, and Kasikornbank Public Company Limited.
