Central Pattana Residence is preparing to launch 9 new projects, both horizontal and vertical, with a combined value of 16,000 billion baht, targeting sales of over 7,000 billion baht. In the third quarter, it will launch 3 Super Premium projects: PHYLL and BAAN NINYA condos in Central Krabi and PHYLL Phuket 2 condos.
