LH Bank joins hands with Sertis and AWS to develop “LISA” to enhance organizational efficiency

However, the integration of employees’ work with AI will make operations more efficient. Therefore, the bank has developed the “LISA” AI Assistant project, an internal chatbot to enhance employees’ work efficiency in accessing complex information quickly and accurately. It is developed on the Large Language Model technology by Sertis, which understands the organization’s deep context and responds to employees’ questions naturally. It also has an advanced security system developed by AWS, which uses Amazon Bedrock Guardrails to ensure responsible use of AI.

In addition, Amazon Bedrock Guardrails technology has been integrated to ensure strict security, governance, and content validation systems are in place to reduce the risk of creating erroneous or inaccurate data.
