TNL is delighted that the new 1,000 million baht bond issue has received an overwhelming response from institutional and major investors, reflecting confidence in the company's business potential to move forward and expand its 3 main businesses to support stable and sustainable growth in the long term.
On July 21, 2568, Mr. Kittichai Treeratchapong, Chief Executive Officer of Thanulux Public Company Limited (TNL) , revealed that the company's latest bond issuance, totaling 1,000 million baht, between July 15-17, 2568, received a warm response from institutional and large investors. The bonds were fully subscribed, with demand exceeding the offered amount, reflecting confidence in the company's business potential and continued growth plans.
Mr. Kittichai said that the debentures issued this time are unsecured, unsubordinated debentures with a debenture holder representative, with a term of 2 years and 3 months, an interest rate of 5.80% per annum, payable every 3 months, and due for redemption in 2570, with Asia Plus Securities Co., Ltd. (ASP) and Krungthai XSpring Securities Co., Ltd. (KTX) acting as underwriters.
The funds raised from this bond issuance will be used to further the expansion of TNL's three main business groups: secured loans (Oxygen Asset: OXA) focusing on prudent risk management, and non-performing asset management (Oxygen Asset Management: OAM).
which has the opportunity to grow from investing in potential NPL portfolios and real estate development groups for sale (TNL Alliance: TNLA) that can meet the diverse needs of customers.
“TNL believes that its diversified and robust business structure, with its synergies, will be a key foundation for driving the company’s stable and sustainable long-term growth,” said Mr. Kittichai.
This is the company's third debenture issuance, following the success of the debenture issuance in 3 and 2566, totaling more than 2567 million baht. The first debenture of 2,200 million baht will mature in October 500, for which the company has prepared a special fund to enhance investors' confidence in TNL's liquidity management and financial position.
