With an increasing number of existing corporate customers and a new corporate customer base, we offer loan products and services that meet their needs, such as cash loans, loans for purchasing electrical appliances, mobile phones, car registration loans for cash, and Sukjai Kaset Thawikun loans.

Meanwhile, the top-up and automatic payment business segment continues to benefit from the gradual depreciation of Boonterm kiosks, which have decreased. The company also maintained the transaction value at 17,749 billion baht and a regular user base of over 14 million, thanks to a 24-hour network of over 118,424 kiosks and over 3,800 cashier counters.

With services that reach users in the digital age, such as value-for-money internet packages and app-based top-up services, it provides convenience for all user groups, reinforcing the company's leadership in the top-up business and automated payment systems.

In addition, revenue from the vending machine and electric vehicle charging business segment has been generated through the expansion of GINKA Charge Point (Gingka EV) service points nationwide, totaling 428, covering key areas to meet the needs of everyday electric vehicle users.

The company also received a share of profit from its 26.71% stake in Fort Vending Co., Ltd., which operates a vending machine business selling freshly brewed beverages under the brand name "Tao Bin", which has continuously expanded its vending machines.

Due to the aforementioned growth in operating results, the Board of Directors' meeting held on August 13th resolved to approve a cash dividend payment of 0.18 baht per share, totaling 136 million baht, from the first half of 2568 operating results, from January 1, 2568, to June 30, 2568, with payment scheduled for September 9, 2568.

"The company continues to operate with a dividend payout policy of no less than 40% of net profit. The lending business remains our flagship, generating continuous growth, alongside our core business, which maintains strong usage value and customer base. We also recognize additional revenue from the expansion of "GINKA Charge Point" electric vehicle charging stations and profit from Tao Bin, based on our shareholding. All of these have generated record profits for the company since the first half of 2568," said Mr. Narongsak.

For the second half of the year, the company will continue to focus on managing its three business groups to achieve consistently good performance, especially the comprehensive lending group, with the goal of expanding its loan portfolio to more than 2 billion baht and maintaining the NPL rate below 3%, while also adding 1-2 new corporate client groups.

In addition, plans are underway to establish Fort Smart Merchandise Co., Ltd. within the third quarter of 3 to engage in the business of procuring and distributing electrical appliances, telephones, and other products, supporting the Group's loan products and further meeting customer needs.

Similarly, the top-up and automatic payment business group will focus on increasing usage value by 10-15% with passbook-free deposit/transfer services, cash deposit/transfer services for foreign customers (CLMV), and being a representative of at least one additional bank.

The GINKA Charge Point vending business group will expand its installation points, including both AC and DC Type systems, to 1,000 points, and will recognize profits from the expansion of the Turtle Flying vending machines to 10,000 points, which will increase purchase frequency with new menu items.
