BC launches new business, Boutique Hospitality Solutions, to expand recurring revenue base

Boutique Corporation (BC) is receiving positive signals from the hotel business due to the high season and long European holidays. It is implementing its BOS strategy to expand into a new business, SUMX, and entering the token market. It is also laying out plans for the second half of 68 to promote a new model, Boutique Hospitality Solutions (BHS), to generate recurring, asset-light income.

Mr. Prabhas Singh Thakral, Chief Executive Officer of BC He said the overall business outlook for the second half of the year remains bright, driven by positive factors, including the revival of tourism and the government's economic stimulus policies, such as the "Half-Half Travel" initiative, which has helped increase purchasing power and domestic travel.

BC continues to drive its business based on its core strategy of "Build-Operate-Sale" (BOS), which was successfully implemented through the sale of the Summer Point project and the offering of the digital token "Summer Point Token (SUMX)" in the first quarter. The company is also exploring the launch of a new token in Q1 2569 to further expand its business opportunities in the digital market.

For the hotel business, BC has collaborated with world-class partner Marriott International to develop the luxury project “JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 24” which is currently under construction. The company has also signed an agreement with Accor to manage three international brands: Mövenpick, Mercure and Handwritten Collection, marking a significant step towards BC becoming a full-fledged third-party operator (TPO).
