The People's Party (PCP) indicated that the three main political parties agreed to complete the amendment of Chapter 3 of the Constitution within four months, confirming that they would use 15 votes in Parliament to direct the Anutin government to comply with the MOA.

Mr. Natthaphong stated that the meeting of party MPs will discuss and set a clear timeframe. He emphasized that the Prachachon Party will use its 1 parliamentary votes to scrutinize the government of Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul if it is found to be failing to comply with the MoA or to be stalling.

"We still insist that we will use our 143 votes in Parliament to direct the Anutin government to adhere to the MOA we agreed upon. The current trend remains positive, but whenever we see signs of reneging or delaying, we are ready to use all our votes to immediately scrutinize the government," said Mr. Natthaphong.

Regarding persuading the Senate to approve the constitutional amendment, Mr. Natthaphong stated that, in principle, senators have their own prerogatives. However, politically, he believes the public can discern who can coordinate with them. He believes all parties agree that constitutional amendment is definitely possible. Over the past two years, the process has been slow under the Pheu Thai government. However, what has already happened and is having positive results has opened the door for constitutional amendment, and the direction is positive.

Regarding the party's stance on amending Section 112 of the Criminal Code, Mr. Natthaphong insisted that the party would remain committed to its principles, but would have to comply with the Constitutional Court's ruling. He acknowledged the potential for political risks, but believed there was still a way out, and that the people's voices would depend on the next election.
