Sansiri invests 6.5 billion baht in northern Bangkok, preparing to launch "Chatuchak Community" to meet growing demand.

Sansiri has announced an investment plan in northern Bangkok, with a total project value exceeding 65,000 billion baht. The plan focuses on developing projects in high-growth locations to meet growing housing demand, particularly in Chatuchak, the new economic hub.

Ms. Phakphring Karun, Deputy Director of Horizontal Project Marketing, Sansiri Public Company Limited Sansiri is the real estate market leader in northern Bangkok, stating that by the end of 2568, the company will have a total of 30 projects in this zone, worth a combined total of over 65,000 billion baht.
A key factor driving Sansiri to continue developing projects in this area is the location's growing potential as an economic, commercial, and residential hub, particularly in Sai Mai District, one of the key areas in northern Bangkok.

Sansiri Chatuchot Community, situated on a large 185-rai plot of land, has a combined value of over 7.7 billion baht. It will comprise three high-end residential projects, with pre-sales for the first two projects slated for October 4-5:
- Burasiri Chatuchot (Burasiri Chatuchot) : This joint venture project between Sansiri and Mitsui Fudosan Asia Development (Thailand) has a project value of 2,080 million baht and consists of 124 New England Colonial-style detached houses with prices starting from 15-30 million baht.
- Saransiri Chatuchot : The Urban Farmhouse design detached house project, valued at 2,500 billion baht, has 265 units, with prices starting from 7.99-15 million baht.
"Chatuchak is a strategic location, with a network of major roads that conveniently connect to lifestyle and business destinations, including Sukhaphiban 5, Watcharapol, and Theparak Roads. Furthermore, it boasts prominent transportation systems such as the Ramintra-At Narong Expressway and the Kanchanaphisek Ring Road. Furthermore, the Chalong Rat Expressway extension project, the 16.2-kilometer Chatuchak-Lam Luk Ka section, is under construction, scheduled for completion in 2570.
