GH Bank is helping SM and NPL customers whose incomes continue to be impacted through six measures: interest rate reductions and installment payments for up to two years, in line with the government's Quick Big Win policy to address public debt.

10 Oct 2568 Mr. Kamolpop Virapala, Managing Director of the Government Housing Bank (GHB) The GH Bank (GHB) is ready to support the government's economic policy, particularly addressing public debt, particularly household non-performing loans (NPLs), one of five key policy areas to accelerate national progress. GHB has implemented assistance measures for customers in the Special Monitoring (SM) group and NPL customers whose incomes continue to be impacted.
Currently, there are more than 233,916 customer accounts participating in the relief measures, representing a remaining principal of 263,601 million baht.

Customers can register to receive assistance as follows:

1. Household measures “HD1”

For SM customers who have borrowed money from the bank for at least 3 years, the assistance period is 1 year, with installment payments for months 1-3 of 1,000 baht at an interest rate of 0% per year. Months 4-6 are installment payments calculated at an interest rate of 1.90% +100 baht, and months 7-12 are installment payments calculated at an interest rate of 3.90% +100 baht. In the event that customers pay more than the amount specified by the bank, the bank will deduct the outstanding interest (if any).

2. Household measures “HD2”

For SM customers who have borrowed money from the bank for at least 1 year, the assistance period is 1 year. Installment payments for months 1-3 are calculated at an interest rate of 1.90% +100 baht. Months 4-6 are calculated at an interest rate of 3.90% +100 baht. Months 7-12 are calculated at an interest rate of MRR-2.00% +100 baht (the current MRR interest rate of the GH Bank is 6.245% per year). In the event that customers pay more than the amount specified by the bank, the bank will deduct the outstanding interest (if any).

3. “DC1” assistance measures

For SM customers, NPL customers, and customers with outside creditors who have borrowed money from the bank for at least 1 year, they can pay in installments calculated from an interest rate of 3.55% per year and +100 baht for a period of 2 years. In the event that the customer pays more than the amount specified by the bank, the bank will deduct the outstanding interest (if any).

4. “DC2” assistance measures

For NPL customers and customers with outside plaintiffs who have borrowed money from the bank for at least one year, the one-year assistance period will receive a 0% annual interest rate for the first four months, with monthly payments of only 1,000 baht. Months 5-8 will be paid 50% plus 100 baht, calculated at a 1.90% interest rate. Months 9-12 will be paid 50% plus 100 baht, calculated at a 3.90% interest rate. In cases where customers exceed the bank's specified payment limits, the bank will deduct any outstanding interest (if any). The 50% interest for installments 5-12 will be deferred. Upon completion of the payment, customers will receive a discount on the interest rate difference only.

5. “M24” assistance measures

For SM and NPL customer groups, retail customers, welfare customers, flat customers, or customers affected by the economic slowdown and the impact of the Thai economy, the assistance period is 1 year. Installment payments for the 1st - 12th months are calculated at an interest rate of 3.90% + 100 baht. In the event that the customer pays more than the bank's specified amount, the bank will deduct the outstanding interest (if any).

6. Measure M17

Assistance for retail debtors with NPL status or debtors who are still in NPL status and are undergoing measures/debt restructuring with the bank. Customers must have borrowed money from the bank for at least 6 months. Assistance period is 1 year. Installment payments for months 1-3 are 1,000 baht at 0% interest per year. Months 4-6 are installment payments calculated at an interest rate of 1.99% + 100 baht. Months 7-12 are installment payments calculated at an interest rate of 3.90% + 100 baht. In the event that customers pay more than the bank's limit, the bank will deduct the outstanding interest (if any).

This reflects GH Bank's commitment to providing assistance and debt resolution to customers, ensuring the preservation of homes for Thais.

Customers must upload evidence confirming their income impact for the bank's consideration.
