BCPG reported a 57.4% increase in profits in Q3 2568, driven by growth in the performance of its hydropower project in Laos and recognition of profit sharing from its natural gas-fired power plant project in the United States.

6 November 2568 Mr. Rawee Boonsinsuk, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director BCPG Public Company Limited The Group's operating results for the third quarter of 2025 showed a profit before special items of 711.6 million baht, a 57.4% increase compared to the same period last year, and a net profit of 626.0 million baht.

The main factor contributing to the outstanding performance growth was the hydropower project in Lao PDR, which was able to produce more electricity seasonally and benefit from a longer-than-usual rainy season. This was also attributed to the recognition of profit sharing from the natural gas-fired power plant project in the United States, which received a capacity revenue of US$270 per megawatt per day for the full quarter and will continue until May 2569, before increasing to US$329 per megawatt per day one year later.

This quarter's performance marked a new high for the company, with record-high operating profits. This reflects the strength of our business structure and our ability to efficiently manage clean energy projects in multiple countries, while also expanding into new business investments for sustainable growth.

In addition, the 600-megawatt Monsoon wind farm project in Laos, which has a power sales contract with Vietnam, began commercial operation this quarter and will begin generating additional revenue and profit this year, despite an initial loss due to the incomplete operation and the off-season.

Meanwhile, the company is in the process of acquiring a 99-megawatt wind farm in Vietnam, expected to be completed within this year, to strengthen its regional investment portfolio and drive long-term growth.

"BCPG remains committed to driving the clean energy business and delivering stable returns to shareholders. This quarter's outstanding performance is another important step in reinforcing our role as a regional leader in clean energy, and a driving force for strong and sustainable growth in the future," Mr. Rawee concluded.
