ACE's Q3 68 profits grew 41.7% after the successful COD of 7 solar farm projects, with plans to open more by the end of this year.

ACE reported revenue of 1,659.8 million baht and net profit of 210.8 million baht in Q3 2015, a 41.7% increase, following the successful commercial operation of seven solar farm projects. This continued growth, surpassing the previous quarter's performance. ACE also revealed that it plans to achieve commercial operation of three more solar farm projects by the end of this year.

17 November 2568 Mr. Thanachai Banditworabhum, Chief Executive Officer, Absolute Clean Energy Public Company Limited (ACE), a leader in clean energy business in Thailand reveal Operating results for the 3th quarter of 2568 that ACE's revenue from sales and services was 1,659.8 million baht, a 1.4% increase from 1,637.2 million baht in the previous quarter.

While gross profit and net profit increased by 4.6% and 41.7%, respectively, from the previous quarter, the company achieved total revenue of 4,931.7 million baht and a net profit of 585.7 million baht for the nine-month period.

The operating results for the third quarter of this year were considered satisfactory, particularly in terms of gross profit and net profit from normal activities, which continued to grow. Gross profit increased from 454.7 million baht in the second quarter to 475.7 million baht in the third quarter.

Meanwhile, net profit from normal activities increased from 209.0 million baht in Q2 to 217.4 million baht in Q3, driven by increased revenue from seven solar farm projects, of which ACE achieved commercial operation (COD) operations in Q3 this year.

Coupled with the company's continued control over its financial costs, the resulting profits are satisfactory. Going forward, the company will continue to have several clean energy power plant projects under development, which will gradually be completed and begin generating revenue.

In particular, three more solar farm projects are expected to achieve COD by the end of this year, which will drive the company's performance to grow in the long term.

Currently, the ACE Group has a total of 92 power plant projects with a total installed capacity of 758.25 megawatts, consisting of:

• 42 power plant projects have already started COD, with a total installed capacity of 433.30 megawatts.
• 50 power plant projects under development, total installed capacity 324.95 megawatts

In addition to the good news regarding its operating results, on October 28, 2025, ACE was recently assessed at the "Excellent" or 5-star level by the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR 2025) for the third consecutive year.

Including being assessed for the quality of the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders or AGM Checklist at the "Excellent" level with a full score of 100 points, which is the third consecutive time.

ACE continues to aim for becoming a Net Zero Emission organization by 2593.
