The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) warns investors to be cautious about trading in BSRC shares, which are nearing delisting after BCP successfully exchanged additional shares.

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) urges investors to exercise caution when trading BSRC securities as BSRC will be delisted and BCP's additional shares will be listed in its place, in accordance with the shareholding restructuring plan.

December 2, 2568 Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) It is announced that Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited (BCP) has completed its tender offer for the securities of Bangchak Sriracha Public Company Limited (BSRC) to restructure its shareholding by exchanging 1 additional share of BCP for 6.5 shares of BSRC between 24 October and 27 November 2568.

BCP is in the process of applying for additional shares to support the exchange according to the shareholding restructuring plan.

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) would like to advise investors to exercise caution in trading BSRC securities during the aforementioned period, as BSRC will be a security with no secondary market for trading after BCP's capital increase shares begin trading and BSRC shares are delisted on the same day.
