The Eastern Border Command destroyed two buildings on the Poipet side, opposite Tha Kham Subdistrict, Aranyaprathet District, after confirming they were the location of a scammer network and were being used as sniper positions.

On December 22, 2568, at 1:13.48 PM, the 2st Army Area reported that the Burapha Task Force destroyed two buildings on the Poipet side, opposite Tha Kham Subdistrict, Aranyaprathet District. Relevant agencies had confirmed that these buildings were used by a scamming network and as sniper positions by the Cambodian side, which had fired upon our forces in Aranyaprathet District.

Furthermore, it was confirmed that an anti-drone system was installed inside the building. Following the attack, the system was able to damage the building, and there was no retaliatory firing from the Cambodian side. This also allowed the scammer network to escape the building.
