Mario Nawfal, an investor and influencer in the crypto and technology sectors. Express your opinion that "There's almost no interest from retail investors in the crypto market right now, after the Trump-Melania meme coin drama. It seems that retail investors have lost a great deal of confidence in this industry."

Mario Noval's comments reflect the sentiment among retail investors after the meme coin linked to the Trump family experienced a sharp decline, falling more than 90% from its peak.

This low search level reflects weak retail investor confidence in the crypto market, which continues to be affected by the October "flash crash." This event is considered one of the most severe market downturns in crypto history. The October market correction resulted in nearly $20,000 billion in leveraged liquidation and caused some altcoins to plummet by as much as 99% in a single day.
This event also caused the price of Bitcoin to plummet from its all-time high above $125,000 to a low of around $80,000 in November, and since then, the price of Bitcoin has remained in a narrow range between $80,000 and $90,000.

The Crypto Fear and Greed Index, which measures investor sentiment in the crypto market, continues to indicate caution and anxiety, more than two months after the historic market crash in October.

According to data from CoinMarketCap, the Crypto Fear and Greed Index plummeted to its lowest level of the year at 10 in November, reflecting "extreme fear" among investors.

Since the correction in October, market sentiment has remained volatile between "fear" and "extreme fear," with the index currently standing at 29. While the Fear and Greed index continues to reflect investor fear, it is beginning to show slight signs of improvement compared to the market atmosphere of recent months.
