LALIN envisions Pattaya-Na Jomtien as a "New Living Destination," catering to highly skilled workers and private sector executives. The company is highlighting its "Lalin Town" project, designed to meet the demand for low-rise housing in this strategically located tourism-focused area and new industrial hub. The projects incorporate energy-efficient functions and EV charger compatibility, aiming to address modern living habits within the special economic zone.

January 5, 2569 – Lalin Property Public Company Limited ( LALIN) revealed its strategy for expanding its business base in the Eastern Seaboard, focusing on attracting purchasing power from the international tourism sector and target industries in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC). Most recently, the company announced the launch of “Lalin Town Pattaya-Na Jomtien,” a 650 million baht project on over 25 rai of land, to support the growth of Pattaya as it develops into a lifestyle and quality residential hub.

An assessment of the real estate market trends in the Eastern Seaboard reveals that Pattaya-Na Jomtien is increasingly becoming a primary residence destination, moving beyond its previous status as a tourist and leisure area. The main supporting factors are mega-projects such as the high-speed rail link connecting three airports and the upgrading of U-Tapao Airport, which directly influence the purchasing decisions of skilled workers and expatriates employed in the electric vehicle (EV) industry, logistics, and digital sectors.

Mr. Churatch Chakrakul, Managing Director of Lalin Property Public Company Limited, pointed out that the Eastern region is no longer just a resort area, but a key economic pillar driven by massive investment from both the government and private sectors.

“The eastern region of Thailand is considered a key pillar of the country's economy… resulting in significant purchasing power for residential properties, both for long-term investment and for actual residence, particularly among skilled workers, foreign experts, and private sector executives.”

The growth of surrounding service businesses, such as premium hotels, restaurants, and lifestyle shopping centers in the Jomtien-Huay Yai area, is an indicator of investor confidence reflecting the continuous expansion of Pattaya from central Pattaya to southern Pattaya and along Sukhumvit Road.

LALIN anticipates that the low-rise residential market in the EEC will continue to experience stronger growth than the overall market average, driven by positive factors such as stable income and high living standards from high-income residents. The launch of this new project therefore represents an early mover advantage in terms of location, aiming to create a sustainable residential community to support the growth of the “Tourism Economy Hub” and future industries.

“The company views the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) as a strategic area for the future, supported by its economy, infrastructure, future industries, and international tourism potential.”

The “Lalin Town Pattaya-Na Jomtien” project comprises 228 residential units, ranging from 3-4 bedroom townhouses to medium and large-sized detached houses. The project is positioned as offering accessible housing at competitive prices while maintaining a construction standard designed for long-term use.

In terms of design, Lalin Property has incorporated the concept of Sustainable Living into its project development process to elevate living standards in line with energy conservation policies, such as:

  • Air circulation system: To reduce energy consumption within the home.
  • Infrastructure to support future technologies: Installing EV charger charging points in your home.
  • Innovative solutions for water and lighting conservation: Using water-saving sanitary fixtures and LED lighting in common areas, as well as incorporating renewable energy sources, will help reduce long-term common area expenses.
