STA projected revenue of 113,478 million baht and a net loss of 1,266 million baht in 68. It will utilize retained earnings to pay a dividend of 0.50 baht per share, with the ex-dividend date on April 21st. The company anticipates a business recovery in 69, supported by higher rubber prices due to tight supply, and will continue to expand its palm oil business.

On February 20, 2026, Mr. Weerasit Sincharoenkul, President and CEO of Sri Trang Agro-Industry Public Company Limited (STA), the world's largest integrated natural rubber business and Thailand's leading rubber glove manufacturer, revealed that the overall natural rubber industry in 2025 faces high volatility, particularly due to retaliatory tariffs imposed by the United States. This has resulted in a rapid decline of over 20% in global natural rubber prices, with limited recovery expected throughout the second to fourth quarters of 2025 due to global economic uncertainty and trade policies.

Although rubber prices were pressured by external factors last year, the natural rubber market continued to be supported by sustained demand, which was close to the available supply.

For the fiscal year 2568, the company reported revenue from sales and services of 113,477.8 million baht, similar to the previous year. The natural rubber business generated revenue of 89,617.9 million baht with a total sales volume of 1,415,715 tons, also similar to the previous year. The rubber glove business generated revenue of 23,778.8 million baht with a sales volume of 37,102 million pieces, a slight decrease of 3.8% compared to the previous year.

In the fourth quarter of 2025, the company had revenue from sales and services of 26,677.4 million baht, with the natural rubber business generating 21,413.8 million baht in revenue, a significant increase due to the recovery in sales volume.

The rubber glove business segment generated revenue of 5,225.4 million baht. Sales volume slowed down due to the impact of the flooding in Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province, which mainly affected some of the company's rubber glove manufacturing plants. The company is covered by insurance and expects to receive compensation in 2569.

The company reported a net loss of 1,265.7 million baht for the year 2025, primarily due to the recognition of extraordinary expenses at the end of the year. This occurred despite an improved performance in the fourth quarter of 2025 compared to the previous quarter, which recorded a loss of 325.7 million baht, consistent with the return to normal levels of natural rubber sales volume and a recovery in gross profit.

Mr. Weerasit stated that the natural rubber industry trend in 2569 is likely to return to a more balanced state, as the pressure from the futures market that occurred in 2568 begins to ease. Meanwhile, global supply remains constrained by reduced planting areas in major producing countries, as well as the risk of weather conditions affecting natural rubber production. The company believes that rubber prices on the SICOM market have already begun to reflect positive signs with upward adjustments since the beginning of 2569.

The company continues to closely monitor demand factors, particularly the direction of the global economy, as well as the price spread between natural and synthetic rubber. A narrowing of the spread would support the use of natural rubber in certain industries and increase the likelihood of rubber prices moving more in line with fundamental factors.

Furthermore, the company has proceeded with pilot palm oil business projects in several provinces nationwide to enhance growth potential and diversify business risks, in line with the continuously high price of palm oil. This is expected to increase stability and create opportunities for long-term business growth.
