It offers a lifestyle for a better tomorrow, integrating well-being principles at every stage, from infrastructure design to meticulous construction, incorporating the latest innovations that comprehensively enhance the quality of life for building users.

     1. Energy (Energy Efficiency) Designed to maximize natural light and air circulation, it uses ETFE instead of glass and incorporates heat reduction technology. A large solar roof is installed to generate clean energy. This helps reduce energy consumption in operations. 47%
