FSMART breaks new record, projected to achieve a profit of 586 million baht in 68.

Mr. Narongsak Lertrathavee, Managing Director of Forth Smart Service Public Company Limited ( “ FSMART”), the provider of integrated financial services (“Boontem”) and electric vehicle charging stations (“GINKA Charge Point”), revealed that the company achieved a new record high net profit of 586.8 million baht in 2025, a 36% increase from the previous year and the highest net profit margin since its inception. Total revenue reached 2,671.8 million baht, growing by 8%, reflecting the strength of its integrated financial business. This growth was supported by three main business groups, particularly the financial services and lending business, which experienced significant expansion compared to the same period last year, coupled with the increase in e-wallet top-up services and internet packages in the automatic payment and top-up business group.
In 2568, the financial services and lending business remains a key flagship, operated through Forth Smart Capital Co., Ltd., the provider of "Boontem Ready Money" loan products, covering cash loans, installment loans, and vehicle registration loans, as well as "Kasetsukjai Thaveekoon" loan products for large corporate clients. Both existing and new corporate clients are expected to be added by the end of the year. As a result, outstanding loans of 1,423 million baht are projected to be sold by the end of 2568, with total interest income of 333 million baht, an increase of 147% from the previous year. The company also aims to maintain a non-performing loan (NPL) rate below 5%, which is considered well-managed.
The automated top-up and payment business remains a stable source of revenue. By the end of the year, there were 116,415 Boonterm kiosks and over 3,800 service counters, generating total revenue of 2,072.7 million baht. The value of transactions through the company's payment channels reached 35,298 million baht, reflecting continuous demand and efficient management of aging Boonterm kiosks to generate revenue, which strongly supports profitability.
Similarly, the GINKA Charge Point (or Chameleon EV) electric vehicle charging business has expanded to a total of 544 charging points, supporting both AC and DC chargers. The addition of a 40 kW DC charger at the end of the year has been well-received, generating additional revenue for the company. This is expected to support the company's long-term revenue and growth, in line with the continuously growing domestic electric vehicle market.
Meanwhile, the company also recognized its share of profits from its investment in Fort Vending Co., Ltd., the operator of the "Taobin" brand of vending machines, holding a 26.71% stake. By 2568, total sales reached 2,047 million baht, a 3.6% increase driven by the expansion of the number of vending machines to 7,721, enhancing revenue diversification and supporting long-term growth.
