CAAT announces measures to protect passengers from the impact of the Middle East.

The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) stated that passengers affected by the conflict in the Middle East are entitled to assistance from airlines, including the provision of food, beverages, accommodation, and travel options such as refunds or flight changes.

On March 6, 2026, at 8:03 PM. Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) This notice informs passengers of passenger protection measures as per Civil Aviation Board Regulation No. 101, applicable to international flights departing from Thailand that are affected by flight cancellations due to conflicts in the Middle East.

Affected passengers are entitled to assistance from the airline according to regulations, including provisions for food, beverages, accommodation, and travel options such as refunds or flight changes, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
