BG is advancing its packaging business towards Total Packaging Solutions.

BG Container Glass Public Company Limited (BGC), the integrated packaging business of Bangkok Glass Group (BG), continues to strengthen its business by expanding its portfolio and upgrading its capabilities to become a Total Packaging Solutions provider, meeting the increasingly diverse needs of the beverage and consumer goods industries.

Currently, BGC provides a full range of packaging services, covering glass, plastic, corrugated paper, film labels, and flexible packaging, along with warehouse management services, and the sourcing of related products and raw materials. This includes BGC Glassware, which imports and distributes world-leading glassware products. Furthermore, the company has forged a strategic partnership with Swan Industries (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (SWAN) to enhance capabilities and expand business opportunities together in the packaging industry.

Another significant step in BGC's growth strategy for 2569 is an increased investment in Bangkok Can Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (BCM), a leading aluminum can manufacturer. BGC acquired an additional 25.9% stake, bringing its total ownership by the group and its partners to 51%. This will allow BGC to fully recognize and manage the business's operations, strengthen its diversified packaging portfolio, and expand future growth opportunities.

Through continuous portfolio development and management, the company aims for approximately 15% revenue growth in 2569, supported by revenue from the aluminum packaging business, as well as the expected recovery in domestic consumption and tourism.

With a strong foundation in the glass packaging business and the expansion into new packaging formats, BGC is ready to become a Total Packaging Solutions partner for customers in various industries, driving business growth while creating sustainable value for all stakeholders.
