AIA Thailand wins the Thai Mind Awards for the second consecutive year.

AIA Thailand wins award Thai Mind Awards Two years in a row Reinforcing its national leadership in corporate culture that is mentally safe, equitable, and balanced.

AIA Thailand led by Ms. Saranaya Thientaworn The Chief Human Resources Officer represented the company in receiving the award. The "Excellence in Thai Mind Awards" At the Thai Mind Awards, AIA Thailand received this award for the second consecutive year. This award recognizes organizations that take the mental well-being of their employees seriously and promote work-life balance to sustainably improve productivity and quality of life for their personnel.

This award reflects the results of AIA Thailand's ongoing "Own Your Mental Health" project, which focuses on three main approaches:

  • Protection This is achieved through education and training for supervisors to be able to observe signs of stress in their team members.
  • Support With tools to help employees assess their mental health and receive mental health guidance from professional psychologists.
  • Creating a safe organizational culture. We aim to create a comfortable learning, collaboration, and growth environment for employees, fostering a mentoring and learning-from-junior atmosphere to build long-term relationships and mutual support.

This year's awards were judged by a panel of distinguished experts from the Faculty of Psychology, Chulalongkorn University, in collaboration with the Thailand Institute for Sustainability in Mental Health (TIMS), with support from the Thai Health Promotion Foundation (THPF). The evaluation was based on personnel standards and the organization's capacity to continuously improve the quality of work. The results reflect AIA Thailand's nationally recognized standards in human resource management, reaffirming the organization's commitment to creating a strong, fair, and equitable work environment for all employees. This empowers all employees to contribute positively to promoting healthier, longer, and better lives, in line with the organization's promise of "Healthier, Longer, Better Lives."
