  • Expanding into new markets among low-income customers and those with limited access to banking services. Through investments by Kasikorn Investor Company Limited (KIV) in companies engaged in lending, payment services, and asset management businesses, this enhances the flexibility in providing financial services to individual customers and reduces credit risk costs.
  • Becoming a leading financial services provider in the region. (Regional Business) By creating channels to access international customer markets in the People's Republic of China, the Republic of Indonesia, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, along with offering services that support cross-border transactions and business for customers.
  • Developing innovations for the future. (Innovation for Future Growth) Building upon traditional banking business, this approach aligns with changing consumer behavior, technology, and competition to enhance growth and create new revenue streams.

Furthermore, the bank's operations are aligned with the policies and standards of the Bank of Thailand and other regulatory bodies to ensure that its operations are efficient, transparent, and adaptable to future economic changes.
