BAM approves a dividend payment of 0.50 baht per share, continuing to drive revenue growth amidst the upward debt cycle.

BAM approved a dividend payment of 0.50 baht per share, reflecting strong cash flow. The company is also accelerating its NPL-NPA management strategy through AI and digital platforms to enhance continued growth. It aims to pay dividends twice a year starting in 2027, reinforcing its image as a high-dividend stock with long-term upside potential.
27 April 2569 – Mrs. Thongurai Limpiti, Chairman of the Board Asset management company Bangkok Commercial Public Company Limited or BAM The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for 2569 was held via E-Meeting at the head office. The meeting approved a dividend payment from the 2568 operating results at a rate of 0.50 baht per share, representing a 7% yield on the share price. This was based on the company's outstanding performance in 2568, which generated revenue of 17,857 million baht, compared to 15,161 million baht in the same period of the previous year, representing an 18% growth. Net profit reached 1,812 million baht, a 13% increase from the previous year.
This reflects BAM's status as a consistent dividend-paying stock amidst economic volatility. The Record Date is set for May 6, 2026, and the dividend will be paid on May 22, 2026. Furthermore, the company is currently exploring a possibility of paying dividends twice a year, likely starting in 2027, to enhance the continuity of cash flow for shareholders and demonstrate its potential for more stable asset portfolio management.
This dividend payment reflects "strong cash flow" and the ability to effectively manage the NPL-NPA portfolio. Meanwhile, the business outlook shows upside potential from the debt cycle entering a phase of opportunity for asset management. These are key highlights that investors are watching.
- The "Business Recycling Machine" model transforms bad debt into opportunities, generating recurring revenue.
- TDR Factory accelerates the use of AI to speed up debt restructuring.
- Moving forward with the NPA Partnership to unlock property value, accelerate sales, and generate cash flow.
- Growth opportunities arise from the continued high level of NPLs (Non-Performing Loans) in the system.
Looking ahead to 2569, BAM is further expanding its growth through the “Public Property Plus” project, coupled with BAM e-Marketplace, to increase access to assets for investors and the wider public. This will help accelerate asset turnover and improve income generation efficiency.
Simultaneously, BAM continues to build investor confidence through roadshow activities to expand its institutional investor base, aligning with its commitment to collaboration with the public and private sectors through the signing of MOUs on various projects. These include the Public Property Plus project, which aims to increase public access to properties at reasonable prices and create a national asset circulation system, ultimately targeting collections of 17,900 million baht by 2569.
Furthermore, another strategic pillar of organizational upgrades this year is strengthening the company's board of directors by appointing Mr. Dej Thitivanich, an expert in IT, cybersecurity, and data analytics from the Bank of Thailand, to the board.
The arrival of this technology director is a "game changer" that will accelerate BAM's transformation into a fully data-driven organization, increasing the accuracy of debt management and enhancing its long-term competitiveness.
However, BAM continues to reinforce its position as a stock offering "Yield + Growth + Story," supported by a stable revenue base from asset management, strong cash flow, growth opportunities from the debt cycle, and upside from organizational transformation to the digital era, under its role as the country's "debt relief hospital." This aims to make BAM one of the top 10 high-dividend (HD) stocks in the market, providing outstanding returns.
This reflects investor confidence, leading to the market's slogan, "When in doubt, choose BAM," as a preferred stock for long-term portfolios. BAM not only consistently generates returns for shareholders but also serves as a key mechanism for economic recovery and creates new opportunities for borrowers, investors, and businesses sustainably.
