THAI – SCB informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that Kulaya Tantitemit has resigned from all director positions, effective May 1, 2569, due to other commitments.

May 5, 2569 Two companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, Thai Airways Public Company Limited (THAI) and SCB X Public Company Limited (SCB), announced changes to their board structures, stating that Dr. Kulaya Tantitemit has submitted her resignation from all relevant directorial positions. Effective from 1 May 2569 onwards.

Thai Airways stated that Dr. Kulaya, who served as a director and chair of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has informed the airline of her intention to resign from all positions within the company.

Meanwhile, SCB X announced that Ms. Kulaya had resigned from her position as a director of Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited, a key subsidiary of the group, effective the same day.

The company stated that the reason for the resignation was to pursue other endeavors. As a result, both organizations will need to restructure their boards of directors in the coming period to align with appropriate corporate governance.

This change represents another significant move by large corporations, which could have implications for management direction and organizational policies in the future.
