TQM shareholders approved all resolutions after profits exceeded 783 million baht, along with the appointment of new directors. The company will continue its “Jump+” strategy, connecting its three businesses – insurance, finance, and technology – to drive revenue growth of 5-7%.

Dr. Anchalin Pannipa, Chairperson of the Board, TQM Alpha Public Company Limited. TQM's Board of Directors participated in the 2569 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in a Hybrid Meeting format on April 29, 2569. The meeting approved all agenda items as proposed, reflecting shareholders' confidence in the company's financial strength and stability, based on the company's performance in the past year, which generated total revenue of 3,946.9 million baht and consistently achieved a net profit of 783.9 million baht.

Regarding shareholder returns, the meeting approved the payment of an annual dividend for 2568 totaling 0.60 baht per share, with an additional payment of 0.10 baht per share remaining to be made in this round, after the interim dividend of 0.50 baht has already been paid. The company has scheduled the transfer of funds to shareholders' accounts on May 15, 2569.

Dr. Anchalin stated that for its 2026 operational strategy, TQM is preparing to aggressively pursue the “Jump+” strategy, aiming to transform competitors into partners to drive revenue growth of 5-7% by 2028. This will be achieved by systematically integrating its three core businesses: insurance, finance, and technology. Furthermore, TQM will leverage AI and data analytics to develop personalized business models, enhance its competitive advantage, and drive sustainable long-term growth.

Furthermore, the company has strengthened its board of directors by appointing Mr. Woraphat Chawanikun to join the board to help drive risk management and sustainable development, supporting the group's future growth.
