The SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand) launches the "Mission to Combat Fraud" campaign to encourage the public to be aware of investment scams at MONEY EXPO 2026.

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) invites you to visit the SEC booth at the event. Money Expo 2026 will be held from May 7-10, 2569 at Challenger Hall 1-2, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, under the theme "The Mission Against Investment Scams," aiming to empower the public to be aware of investment scams and provide advice on how to report fraud and seek advice if they suspect they may have been scammed in an investment scheme.

For the exhibition booth, the SEC will divide the activities into 3 zones:

1) Investing and funding sources in capital markets and digital assets. This resource provides information on investment products in the capital market and digital assets, offering an understanding of their characteristics and risks. It covers key products such as mutual funds, provident funds, fixed income securities, and sustainability products like SRI funds.
The presentation covered sustainability-linked bonds and green bonds, along with information on the regulatory scope of the agency. Additionally, information on funding channels for SMEs was provided, such as crowdfunding platforms like SME-PO and SME-PP.

2) Protecting yourself from investment scams. To provide information and guidance on investment scam patterns, fraudulent schemes that falsely represent digital assets and capital market products, in order to help people recognize and avoid investment fraud.

3) Channels for complaints, reporting information, and other inquiries. Visitors will receive information and guidance on how to report fraud, such as the SEC's investment fraud hotline at 1207, press 22, in case of unfair treatment or other wrongdoing in the capital market, or for general questions about the capital market.

The seminar will cover four topics: 1) How to start investing that suits you? 2) Investing in the digital age: opportunities and risks; 3) Crowdfunding: an option for small businesses and investors; and 4) How to invest safely?
