XO is building a new factory in the Rojana Industrial Park, capable of supporting production capacity up to 8,000 billion baht per year.

XO shareholders approved a plan to invest in the construction of a new 18,000 square meter factory in the Rojana Laem Chabang Industrial Estate, with a production capacity of up to 8,000 billion baht per year.

The meeting approved all agenda items as proposed by the Board of Directors, and acknowledged the payment of two interim dividends from the 2025 operating results, totaling 0.688 baht per share, amounting to 295 million baht, or 58.16% of the net profit for the 2025 fiscal year. This is in line with the dividend policy which stipulates that the company shall pay dividends of not less than 50% of the company's net profit after deducting corporate income tax, legal reserves, and other reserves, as per the company's separate financial statements. The company has already paid dividends to shareholders on September 12, 2025, and March 20, 2026, respectively. The meeting also approved the suspension of any further annual dividend payments.

Simultaneously, the meeting approved an investment plan to construct a new 18,000 square meter factory in the Rojana Laem Chabang Industrial Estate. This factory will incorporate automation technology and smart warehousing systems to enhance capabilities, upgrade production capacity, and improve operational efficiency in the long term. The new factory will have a production capacity of up to 8,000 billion baht per year, reflecting sustainable growth and reinforcing the company's position as Thailand's leading chili sauce exporter.

XO is a manufacturer and distributor of: 1. Food seasoning products such as chili sauce, sweet chili sauce, and various other sauces; 2. Cooking ingredients such as coconut milk and various curry pastes; 3. Ready-to-eat meals such as green curry rice and Pad Thai noodles; and 4. Various processed and semi-processed food products such as products in oil and brine, canned vegetables and fruits, rice products, dried goods, and pickled products. The company's products are distributed under its own brand names, such as EXOTIC FOOD, THAI PRIDE, and FLYING GOOSE.
